How do you work with elevator companies?

We work in conjunction with the elevator companies schedules.  We coordinate with onsite mechanics and the project managers to meet critical deadlines and inspections.

Can you complete any work up front?

Yes, some items can be completed up front.  Though electrical and fire alarm services can not be fully completed until the cars can be taken out of service.

Do you work for building owners?

Yes, we will work for the building owners directly.  Though usually we are a sub contractor for the elevator company.

Can we hire you to run the entire project?

Yes, you can hire us to run the entire project.  We have experience working with many elevator companies and proved a turn-key solution for owners as well.

What areas do you work in?

Currently we are proud to service North East PA, NJ, and NY.   West Coast CA, NV, UT, WY, & CO.
